Time to smash it

The plan for the week is set and the goal is to get in at least five workouts, kick starting it with a circuit training class at TWPS later today. So Better You couldn't have chosen a better time to deliver their products!

I mixed together a little delicious pre-workout blend that turned out pretty yummy! The recipe is as easy as:

  • A handfull fresh spinach

  • Frozen raspberries

  • Frozen blueberries

  • A little oatmeal

  • 1 tsp protein powder (link)

  • Almond milk

Serves two and tastes even better served with glass straws. You know, environment and all <3
