Hand to heart

Woke up to sun yesterday, and I could feel my body longing for a little yoga. There has been a lot going on recently and there is nothing better than a little time on the mat to sort through it all.

Yoga helps us to heal and strengthen the heart


I chose to focus on back bending poses (also referred to as “heart openers”) like camel pose, fish pose and cobra pose, to help me open and balance the heart chakra, and release tension and blocked emotions. I even threw in five minutes of meditation, and I honestly never meditate, kinda don´t like it. Maybe something about this place!


Afterwards I took my coffee down to the water and just took some time to myself.
