Rolling out my mat

First off; thank you so much for all your lovely best wishes on my new job adventure! So grateful <3

Today, I started my day bright and early on the mat at Nordic Wellness. When I woke up my body begged to stay in bed, but I managed to get going. But it wasn’t until about 15 minutes into the class I actually managed to focus, tune inwards and forget my bed! Guess some mornings are harder than others. Let´s just say; the hot shower and warm cup of coffee when I got home was priceless.

The body benefits from movement, the mind benefits from stillness. Yoga brings me both.

It´s no secret that yoga is a big part of my life, and even though I lack the motivation sometimes, I never regretted time spent on the mat (like I most certainly can do after gym class, haha)!

Now I am off for a lunch date at Mahalo and organising some stuff for a “yoga for charity” class Best of You is hosting on Friday, before coming home to my warm apartment and my new favorite book. Kinda love those evenings under a blanket, reading. Been so long since I read each night, does me so good.
