Nothing is as stressful as the pursuit of perfection, trying to fulfil all the different roles cast upon us by society. All the while looking for sense of belonging. Best of You invites you to a day filled with self-care, giving you the chance to reboot and find the courage to be the best of you.

We will inspire you to not only meet the new year with new energy and joy, but also share tools that will help you handle obstacles and stress thrown your way. The day will focus on mindfulness, stress management, yoga and inspirational lectures.   


Part 1
Henriette Danielsen, founder and owner of Best of You
Henriette will start by introducing the team and talk about what inspired her to build the lifestyle and wellness community Best of You. In a world full pressure to fit in, she wants you to have the courage to embrace yourself and be confident in who you are.

Part 2
Rebecca O´Brien, Stress Management & Relaxation Therapist
We will look at what happens in the body when we stress and how to recognise the symptoms of prolonged stressful situations. Rebecca will focus on the importance of rest and share relaxations techniques for your wellbeing.

Anna Vogel, Coach & Mindfulness Instructor
Anna shares how you can use mindfulness to be kind to yourself and handle stressful thoughts and challenges. You will be guided through a short meditation, focusing on your breath, your body and the present moment.


Part 3
Morgane Oléron, Yoga Teacher
Morgane will guide you through a 45 minutes class, built upon the four pillars of meaning, inspired by Emily Esfahni´s Ted Talk. Belonging, transcendance, storytelling and purpose will be the key words through this practice, using the body to clear the mind.

Part 4
Anna Johansson, coach, Helena Önneby, coach & author
Anna and Helena will guide you through a workshop called: Find your power. Be unstoppable. We will look at driving forces, setting goals with soul, creating meaning and how to deal with failures along the way. You will leave this workshop with power and motivation to create an amazing 2019!

Price: 950 SEK. Early bird price: 750 SEK (By 24/12/2018).
Tickets: SOLD OUT
Additional information: The workshop will be held in Swedish and a lunch will be served during the workshop, so please email any allergies. Coffee, tea and fruit will also be available. For the yoga, please wear comfortable clothes and bring you own mat (if you don’t have a mat, please let us know). No need to shower afterwards, so no change needed. A nice goodie bag awaits all participants as well.
