Popcorn With A Twist


Planning on staying in tonight? Curl up in the sofa and watch a movie? Then you need some popcorn! Why not give the ultimate movie snack a little twist?  

Fun Fact: Did you know that it exists some very bizarre popcorn flavors in the world? Beer-Flavored Pub-Corn, Yo-Pop’s Butterfinger Crunch Popcorn, KukuRuZa’s Buffalo Blue Cheese Popcorn, Popcorn Palace’s Jalapeno popcorn and Popcorn’s Black Truffle and White Cheddar popcorn among others.

75g butter
3,5 l popcorn
450grams glucose
400grams chopped milk chocolate

Heat the oven to 150°C while melting the glucose, butter and chocolate in a saucepan on low heat. Place the popcorn in a bowl and pour the chocolate over. Stir well, the chocolate have to cover all the popcorn. Place it on a baking tray and put in the oven for 45 minutes. We recommend to turn the popcorn about every 15 minutes so it doesn’t get burned. Let it cool off before you start eating.
